Death of Queen Elizabeth II   1926 - 2022

The Parish Council joins the Royal Family and the nation in their grief and offer the Royal Family our heartfelt condolences.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Her Majesty The Queen. For over seventy years she has dedicated her life to service for her country and the Commonwealth, and been a figurehead of national unity and stability at a time of enormous change.  She was a truly inspirational leader and has led at all times with a quiet determination and selfless devotion.  

The Condolence book placed in the church during the official mourning period is now closed and will be submitted to the Suffolk County Council Archives in accordance with the official instructions given to the Parish Council.
